| 摘 要： | 泰来县是黑龙江省西北部地区沙害较为严重的生态贫困县,农业经济受自然地理条件影响,其发展水平不高.农业资源是限制农村经济的关键因素.本文通过对泰来县的农业资源现状及其潜力进行分析,提出了泰来农业资源合理利用的战略措施和制度创新建议,旨在为对泰来县今后农业发展方向的选择及促进农业经济快速发展提供基础数据与理论依据.

| Abstract: | Tailai County is impoverished county of ecology in northwest of Heilongjiang Province,whose sand calamity is more serious.Agricultural economy is influenced by the condition of physical geography in order that its level of development is not high.So,agricultural resources are the essential factor to limit the rural economy.This article carries on analyzing present situation and potential of agricultural resources in Tailai County,and proposes strategic measure and suggestion on system innovation of reasonably using agricultural resources in Tailai County,which will have certain practical significance in choosing direction of agriculture development and promoting fast development of agricultural economy in Tailai County. |
