摘    要:基于特征造型的CAD系统,在异地协同设计的环境下,建立了零件可制造性评价系统的方法,提出了基于智能代理的面向制造的设计(DFM)方法,该方法可应用于Internet/Intranet环境,并支持不同类型的CAD系统评价,在评价知识的表示方面,采用了面向对象与产生式规则相结合的混合表示方法,该方法适合于根据零件对象的类型对可制造性规则进行有效组织,在推理过程中,可以根据对象类型选择不同的规则,从而加快推理速度,本文提出的基于智能代理的可制造性评价的方法,具有灵活的系统可重构特点。

Abstract:A manufacturability evaluation system architecture was developed to support a distributed design and Design For Manufacturing (DFM). The manufacturability or assembly analysis may be performed via the aid of expert system intelligent agents residing in a distributed fashion on the Internet/ Intranet . The evaluation knowledge of part manufacturability was expressed by the hybrid of frame and production rule based on an object oriented approach. Part manufacturability was evaluated hierarchically based on manufacturing knowledge in the process of part design . The feedback information of part design was provided in order to modify the part design in time. The integrated architecture based on intelligent agents was discussed to facilitate information access and sharing.
