摘    要:以聚丙烯(PP)树脂为研究对象,制备抗静电防老化的多功能黑色母粒,其关键技术在于解决各种功能助剂、着色剂、分散剂及载体树脂的品种、数量、配比组合及相容性、协同性问题.实验首先选择载体树脂和各种助剂,然后通过正交实验确定多功能黑色母粒的最佳配比.结果表明:载体树脂为40 kg,色素为30 kg,抗静电剂为2 kg,抗氧剂为5 kg,分散剂为20 kg,增容剂为3 kg是制备100 kg多功能黑色母粒的最佳配比.用该功能母粒制备的聚丙烯板材的表面电阻系数为3.8×10^9,氙灯老化72 h后色牢度为4级.

Abstract:The multifunctional black masterbatch with antistatic and anti-aging properties was prepared for producing the polypropylene resin,and the key technology was to process the variety,quantity,composition,compatibility and coordination of all kinds of functional assistants,colorant,dispersant and carrier resin. In this paper,the carrier resin and assistants were firstly selected,and then orthogonal test was designed to determine the optimum ratio. The results show that the best ratio for preparing 100 kg multifunctional black masterbatch: carrier resin is 40 kg,colorant is 30 kg,antistatic agent is 2 kg,anti-oxygen is 5 kg,dispersant is 20 kg,compatibilizer is 3 kg. The surface resistance of polypropylene plates made from the multifunctional masterbatch is 3. 80 × 10^9,and the color fastness is level four after xenon-arc lamp 72 h aging.
