摘    要:论述了高校人力资源管理的重要性;分析了我国高校人力资源管理存在的问题,主要是结构和配置不合理,在人才引进的评价考核上不够科学,激励机制不够完善;提出加强高校人力资源管理要以人为本,建立科学有效的管理体制和激励机制,推进和创新人事代理制度等对策和措施。

Abstract:The necessity of human resources management in colleges and universities is expounded. The problems existing in the human resourses management in colleges and universities are analyzed, those are: the structure and disposition are unreasonable, it is not scientifically in talent introduction and performance evaluation; the stimulus mechanism is incomplete. Some measures are provided, such as, building up the people-oriented ideology in human resources management in colleges and universities, setting up the effective and scientific management mechanism and stimulus mechanism, and advancing and innovating personnel agency system, etc.
