| 摘 要： | 社会因素、经济因素和制度因素是影响我国农地流转效应的主要因素。要提高我国农地流转的正效益需大力发展非农产业，引导农村剩余劳动力转移；成立农地流转市场中介组织，发挥农地流转的资源配置效应；提高农村劳动力素质，增加劳动力非农就业率；发展农业科技，引导农民专业化经营。
