摘    要:蔬菜设施生产过程中的连作方式致使作物根区土壤微生物区系失衡,引起土传病害的流行。为了优化设施土壤的微生物种群,本研究在黄瓜设施生产中施用秸秆、猪粪和鸡粪3种有机肥。结果表明,施用三种有机肥后,设施土壤的微生物区系明显改善。秸秆处理土壤B/F值显著提高,对设施土壤的改良效果最好。

Abstract:The heavy soil root disease was caused by the unbalanced soil microflora after continuous vegetable cropping in green house.To improve the soil microflora in green house,we used corn straw,pig manure and chicken manure in the production of cucumber.Results revealed that the amount of bacteria,ammonifying bacteria,actionmycete and fungi were increased by using organic manures in green house,and the ratio of B/F in soil was increased.The ratio of B/F in soil was increased the most,and the kind of microbe was singnificantly improved by using corn straw.
