油气田开发系统工程的基础理论和应用技术研究及其发展

“九五”期间，我国大部分油田在市场新体制下正转向低品位和高含水油藏开发阶段，在这个过程中，石油工业不仅要完成自身发展，同时还要确保国民经济发展的需要，即实现经济效益与社会效益的有机统一。通过系统总结、阐述油气田开发系统工程的基础理论和前沿应用技术，提出了新时期油气田开发要转变固有的生产观念与开发模式，尽快确立以上下游统筹等形式的、面向市场经济的油藏管理方法和多技术、多环节的综合协同整体建模理论，以推动我国石油工业今后持续的发展。

ADVANCE AND PROSPECT OF RESEARCH ON BASIC THEORY AND APPLIED TECHNIC FOR RESERVOIR ENGINEERING

During the ninth five year period the oil industry of China has entered into a challenge that oilfields with low permeability and high water cut have to be put into use or developed in a new market mechanism. In the process, the oil industry must grow to meet the both need of the country and the industry. As a possible way to stimulate the industry, systems of reservoir engineering should emphasize the research on the methods of modern reservoir management oriented to marketing and intensive modeling integrated with multi technology or multidiscipline on the base of integrating upstream and downstream of the industry, while the outdated and irrational regulations are reformed.
