聚丙烯单丝与水泥石界面脱粘强度及其影响因素

摘    要:采用纤维单丝自水泥基体中拔出方法研究了聚丙烯纤维单丝与水泥石之间的界面脱粘强度及其影响因素。结果表明:①随聚丙烯纤维单丝埋入长度的增加,界面脱粘强度逐步下降;②经NaOH或HCl表面处理,可使界面脱粘强度得到提高;③随着m(W)/m(C)的增大(在0.28-0.44范围内),界面脱粘强度随之增大;④界面脱粘强度随标养龄期的增加而发展,且发展规律与抗压强度的发展规律相似。

Abstract:The interracial debonding strength between polypropylene filament and cement paste and its affecting factors were studied by use of pull-out method. The results showed that: ① With the increasing of embedded length of polypropylene filament, the interfacial debonding strength would decrease gradually; ② Surface treatments of NaOH or HCl of polypropylene filament were effective for improving the interfacial debonding strength; ③ With the increasing of water-cement-ratio from 0.28 to 0.44, the interfacial debonding strength could be increased; ④ The interfacial debonding strength increases with the standard curing age,which was similar with the increase of compressive strength of cement paste with age.
