| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉术后体位选择对术后头痛的影响。方法将166例腰硬联合麻醉术后患者随机分成2组，一组去枕平卧6h，一组垫枕平卧观察。结果166例患者均无发生头痛。结论腰硬联合麻醉术后有无去枕平卧对预防头痛的影响很小。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the influence of posture after the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia on headache.Methods:166 patients who undergone the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly,one group lied in horizontal position without pillows for 6 hours,and another group lied in horizontal position with pillows.Results: No patient occurred headache.Conclusion:Supine position with or without pillows after the comhined spinal-epidural anesthesia has little influence on prevention ... |
