A Model of Multiobjective Planning for Regional Waterenvironment-Economy System

A multisubregional nonlinear dynamical waterenvironment-economy input-output model, which is based on the two-level scheme for urban water pollution treatment, is developed. The model is then combined with the water quality model of river system in the regional area and a multi-objective planning problem of regional waterenvironment-economy system is established. In this way, the singlesubregional singleobjective environment-economy planning model based on total amount control of pollution which was proposed by the authors has been generalized to the multisubregional multiobjective waterenvironment-economy planning one based on water quality planning of river system.
