盾构管片生产振动工艺的分析与选择

摘    要:详细阐述了插入式振动、附着式振动、振动台整体振动3种管片生产振动方式的优缺点,以及每种振动方式对管片模具和混凝土的影响。对每种生产振动方式产生的直接振动成本进行了分析比较,得出以下结论:不同的振动方式直接振动成本可相差近3倍,振动成本的差异可以造成管片生产成本相差3%。正确地选择合适的管片生产振动方式可有效提高资源利用率,大大降低工程成本。

Abstract:This paper mainly describes the advantages and disadvantages of three modes of segment production vibration,and makes the analysis on the influence of each vibration mode on segment moulds and concrete,and through the comparative analyzing on the direct vibration cost of each production vibration mode,draws the conclusions that the difference of direct vibration cost of different vibtation modes can be as large as nearly 3 times,and the difference of the vibration cost can cause 3%difference of the production cost of segment moulds,and the proper choice of the vibration mode in production of segment moulds can effectively enhance the utilization rate of resources and decrease project cost.
