| 摘 要： | 广东省引进创新科研团队计划,在一定程度上大大改善了广东省的人才结构,对广东省建设一支具有较高科研能力和国际竞争力的高层次人才队伍具有重要意义。结合广东省创新科研团队评审指标体系建设及引进首批创新科研团队的实践中取得的学术成就和社会经济效益,分析了广东省引进创新科研团队评审管理体系存在的一些问题,并进一步论述了其面临的机遇与挑战。

| Abstract: | The plan of introduction of innovative research team of Guangdong Province, which has greatly improved the talent structure of Guangdong Province, possesses important significance for Guangdong Province to build a high-level talent team with higher scientific research ability and international competitiveness. Connecting with the academic achievements and social economic benefits obtained by Guangdong Province in the construction of the assessment and management system of innovative research team and the introduction of the first innovative research team, this paper analyzes some problems existing in Guangdong Province＇s introduction of the assessment and management system of innovative research team, and further discusses on the opportunities and challenges faced by Guangdong Province in the introduction of the assessment and management system of the innovative research team. |
