高校图书馆员职业道德浅析

高校图书馆是学校的学术性服务机构,是学校精神文明的重要阵地,强化图书馆员的职业道德是形成良好馆风馆纪、创建学校精神文明的基础。从职业道德的概念入手,阐述了高校图书馆员的职业道德,分析了高校图书馆员职业道德的主要内容,提出了加强高校图书馆员职业道德建设的措施。

Analysis on Professional Ethics of University Librarians

University library,which is an academic service institution in university,is an important position for university’s construction of spiritual civilization.And strengthening the professional ethics of university librarians is the foundation for forming good morale of the library and creating university’s spiritual civilization.Starting from the concept of the professional ethics,this paper expounds the professional ethics of university librarians,analyzes the main contents of the professional ethics of university librarians,and puts forward some measures for strengthening the construction of the professional ethics of university librarians.
