| Abstract: | ERP, being as the foundation of the informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises, is used for implementing the integrated management of enterprises＇ resources. This paper introduces some basic concepts of ERP and the signs of successful application of ERP, expounds the limitations of ERP in enterprises＇ informatization development, analyzes some problems existing in the application of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiyuan City, and puts forward some relevant plans and implementation suggestions. |
