Probe into Obstacles and Countermeasures for Library's Network Information Resources Sharing

This paper discusses some obstacles existing in library’s network information resources sharing,and through the analysis on some problems such as imperfect management system,narrow concept,insufficient fund,non-uniform standard,imperfect legislative assurance,and deficient talents,etc,and puts forward some solutions for realizing library’s network information resources sharing.
