多个建设方联合投资电厂决策的期权博弈分析

对于参与联合投资的各方而言,参与者依其规模可能有大有小,大企业与小企业之间的策略互动关系就形成一个博弈。当博弈方的总体利益与个别利益冲突时,个别企业又会以自身的利益为重,此时投资各方(博弈方)的投资决策就可能陷入"囚犯困境"。本研究采用实物期权(不可逆投资理论)的评价方法与思想,同时结合博弈论的思想方法,探讨投资各方在进行联合投资时,各投资方(博弈方)可能发生的各种策略行为。不同于目前的大部份文献,仅将焦点投注在各种实物期权方法上评估的差异,本文依据实务期权的内涵,提出投资方签订小规模企业向大规模企业缴纳期权费的产能合同的方式,以取得产能选择权。研究在此情况投资各方的策略行为是如何影响企业的投资方的决策。
