| 摘 要： | 埃斯基红豆草花茎愈伤组织的原生质体在修改的ＫＭ８Ｐ和Ｖ－ＫＭ液体培养其中均能高频率地分裂和形成克隆，其分裂率为７１．４％－７６．１９％，在ＫＭ８Ｐ培养其中，原生质体经不等分裂可以直接形成体细胞胚，在Ｖ－ＫＭ培养其中形成的小愈伤组织培养也有体细胞胚的分化。
