快速成形激光光斑半径补偿算法的研究

摘    要:快速成形系统生成的切片轮廓含有大量的奇异点和非常小的轮廓环,这是传统数控技术中的刀具半径补偿算法所不能妥善处理的,为此提出了一种新的快速成形激光光斑半径补偿算法,它基于补偿后的线段方向必须与原始轮廓线段方向一致的判据,先将原始轮廓进行修整,删除不符合判据的轮廓点并根据需要添加相应的顶点,然后再进行半径补偿,从而保证了补偿轮廓无畸变失真和与原始轮廓的一致性,该算法是一个简单迭代过程,效率很高。

Abstract:A new radius compensate algorithm for laser facular in rapid prototyping was processed based on a criterion that the direction of the right compensated contour line should be consistent with the original contour line. Contour sections disobeying the criterion were removed and some new vertexes were inserted to the contour if needed before the whole contour was compensated. The compensated contour is consistent with the original contour without distortion. The treating process for the contour is a simple iteration loop showing very high efficiency.
