棉针织物染色废水光化学脱色及回用技术研究

摘    要:在光催化氧化剂DC-1存在条件下,利用光化学方法对某厂棉针织物生产活性染料染色废水进行处理,并考察了温度、温照时间、光照强度等因素的影响。结果表明,DC-1/UV法切实可行,染色废水处理COD去除率可达70%以上,出水几乎无色。将处理后废水回用于染色后水洗、皂洗,效果与常规工艺无异。

Abstract:Photocatalystic oxidative decoloration and reusing of knitting dyeing wastewater was investigated.The characteristics of reaction temperature,photo irradiation in tensity and photo irradiation time were observed.There is indication that the method of DC-1/UV was realistic,COD removal was more than 70%,the treated water was nearly colorless and would be reused for soap and wash after dyeing.
