| 摘 要： | 用透射式电子显微镜对银杏叶片和叶柄细胞进行了观察,这些细胞的叶绿体大而多,片层结构发达;细胞核小而扁平,核质松散,内质网,高尔基体和微体则很少发现,并对此进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The ultra.structure of Ginkgo Leaf blade cells and Ginkgo Leaf stalk cells were studied with trasmission electron microscopy. The results indicated that the chloroplast was big and had a fully developed photosynthetic membrane system. The nucleus was small and flat, and the nueleoplasm was loose. Endoplasmic reticulm, golgi bodies and mieroboly were scarcely seen in these cells. An analysis had been made about this phenomenon. |
