| 摘 要： | 作者在本文提出区域话机规模的结构服从一种分形结构－负幂律分布。根据不同区域话机规模所具有的不同分维值，作了定量描述不同区域间局部话机规模或同一区域在不同时期的话机规模的差异程度。
