织金火车站铁路客运服务分析

摘    要:自2013年1月26日织金站办理铁路旅客运输业务以来,织金站旅客运输量逐渐增加,特别是周末和节假日期间客流量的大幅度增加与运能不足、车站设施设备短缺之间的矛盾日益突出.对织金站客运服务系统做了详细的分析,提出织金火车站的运能、客运工作人员及相关客运设施设计等方面存在的问题,并且从列车的行车组织及完善设备设施等方面提出了相应的改善措施.

Abstract:The volume of passenger traffic has been gradually increased since January 26,2013,when Zhijin railway station began to handle passenger transport operations.Along with the gradual increase in passenger traffic,conflicts between the increasing amount of passengers and inadequate transport capacity as well as facilities have become increasingly prominent.This paper makes detailed analy-sis on the passenger service system of Zhijin railway station,and existing problems of the station capacity,staff and related facility de-signs.Then,corresponding improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of traffic organization of trains and the improvement of facilities,etc.
