基于ARM的远程实时视频监控系统的研制

摘    要:为解决传统车辆监管系统不能对行驶中车辆实时视频监控的问题,研制了一套基于ARM11的远程实时视频监控系统.系统采用了基于客户机/服务器(C/S)结构的整体设计方案,在车载客户端完成车辆信息的采集、视频信息的压缩编码,通过3G无线网络将数据发送到远程服务器,在服务器实现实时显示.实验表明,系统运行稳定,服务器可以获得良好的视频质量和定位精度.

Abstract:The traditional vehicle monitoring system can not do real-time video surveillance for moving vehicles.In order to solve this problem,a set of remote real-time video monitoring system based on the ARM11 was desined.This system uses a client/server(C/S)structure as the overall design.It completed vehicle information acquisition,compression of video information in vehicle client terminal,then sent data to a remote server via 3Gwireless network.Experimental results show that the system is stable,the server shows good quality video and accurate positioning.
