穿水钢筋的闪光对焊研究

摘    要:棒材强力穿水冷却装置生产的穿水钢筋闪光对焊后出现软化现象,改进UN-150闪光对焊机送进机构,变手动送进机构为液压送进机构,明显增强顶锻作用,并合理选择闪光对焊工艺参数。焊件断裂在母材且远离焊缝,对焊接头力学性能达到母材力学性能,高于普通Ⅲ级钢筋强度水平。
