Abstract:188 nucleotide sequence of 25s rRNA 5' terminal region from Gnetumparvifolium C.Y Cheng was determined,Comparing and analysing the sequencesof 4 species of Gymnosperms,5 species of Angiosperms and a green algue,a phylogenetic tree of rRNA was constructed,It may be concluded that Gnetumis a special group of seed plant and relates comparatively more closely togymnosperm,But it is possible that there are the parallel relationships amonggymnosperm,angiosperm and Gnetum.
