摘    要:自20世纪八九十年代以来,印度高等教育领域逐渐开始了一个私有化的过程。这一过程既为国家所推动,各邦政府和私立高等教育机构之间又存在着控制和反控制的张力。以此为基点,追踪了围绕自筹资金专业学院的争议和冲突在南印喀拉拉邦的演化态势,从中探析不同的公民社会成员(机构、组织和个人)与市场和国家的不同权力机构之间形成的复杂关系格局。

Abstract:Since the 1980s,higher education in India has been privatized.This process was promoted by national government;however,there is tension of control versus anti-control between the local governments and private higher educational institutions.Basing on this,the article follows the development trend of disputes and conflicts between self-financing professional colleges in Kerala in South India,and discusses the complicated relationship among different social members(institutions,organizations and individuals),market and different governmental authorities.
