内镜逆行胆胰管造影术的关键因素分析

针对４８２例内镜逆行胆胰管造影病例进行了分析讨论，提出了提高内镜逆行胆胰管造影术插管成功率和诊断准确率的关键因素为：操作快，准，轻并熟练地掌握牵拉法和选择性插管。防治内镜逆行胆胰管造影术后并发症的关键因素为：正确掌握推注造影剂的压力，速度和剂量（尤其是脓肿或囊肿病例的造影），造影后施行鼻胆管引流是预防并发症另一重要措施。

ANALYSIS OF KEY FACTORS TO ENDOSCOPIC RETROGRADE CHOLANGIOPANCREATOGRAPHY

Cases with Endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreato graphy(ERCP) were analyzed.The results showed that the key factors to enhance the successful rate and correct rate of diagnosis of ERCP were as follows:Performance on ERCP must be speedy,exact,and light,method with PULL and selective inserting tube should be highly skillful;the key factors to prevent complications after ERCP were as follows:pressure,speed and dosage of pushing contrast agent had to be controlled properly especially,dosage on cases of abscess or cystic disease.Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) was another important measure for preventing complications caused by ERCP.
