纳米TiO2的制备及催化性能研究

摘    要:
应用高频等离子体化学气相淀积法(RF-PCVD),以TiCl4 O2为体,制备出了纳米级的TiO2粉体,通过控制载气的流量得到了不同粒径的粉体,并通过X射线衍射可知产物为金红石型和锐钛型的混晶体,通过对含苯酚50mg/L溶液的降解实验,比较了其与德国产TiO2粉体的光催化效率。

Abstract:
In this paper, the technical conditions of preparing TiO 2 nano-particles used as photo-catalyst by Radio Frequency Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (RF-PCVD) is studied. And with the existent equipment prepare TiO 2 particle taking on varies size by controlling the flow velocity of Ar as loading gaseity in the system of TiCl 4+O 2. By XRD characterizing we know the particle prepared is the mix type of rutile and anatase.
