| 摘 要： | 提高农民收入对于促进农村居民消费和经济增长具有重大的现实意义。分析了目前一些关于提高农民收入的建议和对策，认为提高农民收入的根本解决办法是使农民自身发展和强大起来，成为市场经济真正的主体，在市场机制有效的作用下实现其最大的利益。而建立农村合作经济组织可以使农民成为市场经济的真正主体，政府要为农民创造有利的条件。

| Abstract: | Increasing farmers' income is of great significance to promote the country dwellers' consumption and the economic growth.This article analyzes some of the current suggestions and countermeasures of increasing farmers' income.It believes that the basic solution to this problem is to encourage farmers themselves to develop,to grow stronger,to actually become the real principal part of market economy and to get the most profit under the effective influence of market mechanism.This can be achieved by the establishment of rural economics cooperating organization and the government should help create advantages for them. |
