浅析我国大学生就业状况及对策

当前我国国内外形势都较为复杂，受国际金融危机等因素的影响，我国大学生就业面临着一个十分严峻的形势。本文阐述了我国当前大学生就业的现状与存在问题，分析了造成大学生就业困难的原因，从国家、社会、高校、用人单位和大学生自身几个方面提出了解决大学生就业困难的对策和方法。

Analysis of the Employment Situation of University Students and Countermeasures

Currently,China's domestic and international situation are more complicated by the international financial crisis and other factors,the employment of university students in China are faced with a very severe situation.In this paper,it discusses the current employment status of students and problems,analyses the reasons of the employment difficulties,raises several strategies and methods from the state,society,institutions,employers and university students of their own.
