设备巡视检查及查询系统的应用及开发

电力系统中,变电是其中关键的一个运行环节。变电运行部门管辖的变电站,必不可少的一项工作就是对设备的巡视检查。长期以来,原有的巡视检查方法存在着巡视不到位、不及时,不能实行一定的、有效的监督等不足之处。本文简要介绍利用现代化的科学技术、严格的检查监督手段,激发员工高度的巡视检查责任心,利用手持电子巡视器具的无线通讯、接受存储记忆的功能,同微机的数据管理和网络数据共享技术,来完成微机巡视设备检查系统。

The inspecting system of electric substation computer patrol equipment

One of the indispensable jobs of the electronic substation controlled by substation operating department is to inspecting the equipment. The original method has some shortcomings, e.g. The inspection might not be in place or timely and the monitoring cannot be carried out properly. This paper will briefly introduce an inspecting system which makes use of the wireless communication technology and memorizing function of hand electronic inspection equipment and computer data managing and shared internet data technology. This will inspire workers＇ sense of responsibility and enforce strict patrol and inspection.
