摘    要:针对处置突发事件本身具有时间敏感性的特点,运用多Agent建模方法,设计了一种快速、灵活的“处置单元”自组织应对突发事件协同模型。在考虑事件会向周临动态扩散的情况下,对“处置单元”自组织协同应对突发事件,进行了仿真分析。通过与传统的“层级式集中控制”组织机制下突发事件处置模型进行对比,发现当突发事件初始规模较大时,采用该自组织协同组织机制能更快地控制突发事件,并且将事件的扩散控制在更小的范围内。

Abstract:With the consideration of the time sensitive characteristics in emergency events processing, a model of self-organization for multi-disposition-units that process the emergency events quickly and flexibly is proposed based on multi-Agent modeling. Considering emergency events can spread dynamically, a simulation of multi-disposition-units that process the emergency events using the self-organization model is performed. By comparing the result with the centralization model, the self-organization model can control and eliminate the emergency events more quickly and do better in restrain the spreading of the emergency events when the original emergency events’ scale is large.
