摘    要:波形钢腹板PC箱梁由于使用钢板代替了混凝土腹板,因而自重大大减小,在工程实践应用中,波形钢腹板PC箱梁的技术已经日渐成熟,而采用波形钢腹板先张法预制工字梁拼装并现浇纵横向湿接缝后形成连续箱梁的方法能使整个桥梁的施工更为快捷,其预制拼装过程中单片梁状态是其稳定性最差的阶段,因而有必要对其进行研究.通过对先张法波形钢腹板组合箱梁的单片边梁进行4种不同模型的对比研究,确定了单梁及整体的横隔板数量的设计方法,以及各个因素在先张法放张过程中对整体单梁构件稳定性的影响,找到符合应力、位移等要求的最佳结构尺寸及布置.

Abstract:Due to the use of steel plate instead of a concrete web, the self-weight of PC box girder with corrugated steel web greatly reduces. PC box girder with corrugated steel webs technology has been maturing in the construction process, and using pretensioning method for prefabricated corrugated steel webs assembled by wet concrete can make the construction quicker than before. Its prefabricated assembly process, single beam state is the stage of worst stability, and thus it is necessary to study this state. In this paper, there are four different models of pre-tensioned box girder single edge beam with corrugated steel webs. Comparative study of those models is carried out in this paper, to determine the single-beam design method and the overall number of transverse bulkhead, and the various factors in relaxation process, and finally to determine the size of structure and state meeting the stress and displacement requirements.
