加气混凝土自保温砌块的应用研究

摘    要:
借助实验室和现场生产试验,通过多次调整材料的成分、配比、骨架结构、工艺参数及料浆温度等,研制出高效节能加气混凝土自保温砌块,其砌块的热工性能和力学性能均优于B04级砌体,并进行了建筑物墙体围护结构的传热机理分析,采用该砌体墙体,当墙厚为200 mm时,平均传热系数0.53 w(/m2·K),在65%的节能标准下,能满足国家节能标准中大部分地区居住建筑和部分地区公共建筑的要求.

Abstract:
High efficient and energy-saving aerated and self thermal insulation concrete block was developed through adjusting the composition and the ratio of the material, the skeleton structure, process parameters and the slurry temperature by laboratory experiments and practical production tests. The thermodynamic and mechanical properties are better than that of the B04 level masonry. Analysis of heat transfer mechanism of the building wall envelope was conducted for 200 mm wall thickness,0.53 w/(m2·K) average heat transfer coefficient and 65% energy efficiency standards. It was shown that it can not only meet the national energy efficiency standards about the residential buildings in most parts of our country, but also the public buildings of some areas.
