基于超效率DEA和IAHP的企业项目综合评价

企业项目的选择以及项目的综合评价对于企业项目管理和企业战略目标的实现起着至关重要的作用.介绍了区间层次分析法(IAHP)以及超效率DEA模型的相关理论,提出了基于超效率DEA和区间层次分析法相结合的企业项目管理综合评价模型.将该模型应用于施工企业的具体实例,并以质量管理、成本管理、进度管理、风险管理作为项目综合评价指标体系的一层指标,结果表明该模型具有较强的适用性.

Study on Enterprise Project Evaluation Based on Super Efficiency DEA-IAHP Method

Project management plays a vital role in the enterprise project selection and project evaluation for enterprise project management and corporate strategic objective＇s achievement. The article introduces the interval analytic hierarchy process （IAHP） and super-efficiency DEA model theory. Based on super-efficiency DEA and interval- level analysis method, it puts forward the comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise project management,which can sort the effective decision-making units, and avoid the problem of a judgment matrix not reflecting the decision makers＇ preferences due to incomplete information or vague problem. The model is applied to specific examples of the construction enterprises,with quality, cost, schedule and risk management as first level indexes of project evaluation system. The results show that the model has strong applicability.
