摘    要:摘要]以TMS320F2812为核心处理器组建多路直流数字PID伺服控制系统,并利用VS2010编写基于串口的上位机控制界面与DSPTMS320F2812的增强串口模块进行通讯,实现对下位机的灵活控制;同时,将系统运行过程中的位置、速度等数据即时回传并以实时曲线的方式进行显示,以利于PID参数的整定.系统应用于XYZ三维空间运动平台,实验结果表明,系统具有高速高精度的控制能力以及良好的稳定性.

Abstract:Abstract: This paper described a multiple DC digital PID servo system based on TMS320F2812. Using vs2010 a control interface is designed for PC to communicate with the enhanced serial port of DSP2812, the flexible control to the slave computer is realized. The position and velocity data is in real-time display when system's running, which is useful for PID tuning. Finally, the servo system on three-dimensional motion platform is tested. The result showed that the system has a good stability, a high-speed and a high-precision control ability.
