带式输送机侧向稳定性的建模仿真

摘    要:针对实际工况中大型带式输送机的跑偏问题,建立了带式输送机侧向动力学模型,其特点是综合考虑了带的粘弹性、带和物料重力的复位力和调心托辊的纠偏力。利用VC++6.0对系统的状态方程编程求近似解,并对实际系统进行仿真,绘出二维图形显示动态参数值,得出了最大跑偏量,使结果直观,也证明了动力学模型的正确性。

Abstract:According to dexiation of belt conveyor actual-working condition, dynamic modeling of lateral of belt conveyor is established, considering viscoelastic belt, gravity reset force of belt and materials and correcting force of spherical roller. VC + + 6.0 is used to find the approximation equation of state. The actual system is simulated. Two-dimensional graphical is drawn to display dynamic parameter values. The maximum deviation value is gotten, with intuitive result and the correctness of the dynamic model proved.
