浅谈澳大利亚科学院高级智库研讨会制度及其对学术交流和科学咨询的启示

高级智库研讨会是澳大利亚科学院最重要的学术盛会，目的是聚集来自不同学科的中青年科学家，思考如何创新地应用现有科学技术来解决国家重大问题，研究和判断解决问题时可能存在的某些知识缺陷，并给出解决问题的相关建议。这些建议已经对该国政策的制定和实施产生了良好的影响。本文介绍和分析了高级智库研讨会制度的运行模式与特点，并结合我国科学院学部现有的相应制度与模式，阐述了高级智库研讨会制度对我国科学院学部学术交流和科学咨询等工作的借鉴与启示。

Experiences and Implications of the Australian Academy's High Flyers Think Tanks

The Australian Aeademy＇s High Flyers Think Tanks are one of the premier events of the Academy＇s calendar and this year＇s, the ninth that the Academy has held since 2002. The purpose of Think Tank series is to bring together early-and mid-career researchers from a broad range of relevant disciplines to engage in thinking about novel applications of existing science （including social science） and technology to issues of national significance ,and to identify gaps in knowledge that should be addressed. Previous Think Tanks have culminated in reports to government that have been timely,well received and instrumental in influencing policy development. The paper introduces and analyses the experiences and implications of the Think Tanks, and references for our relevant work, by comparison with our corresponding issues, were put forward finally.
