| 摘 要： | 近期我国大城市的发展，是鼓励还是控制，这是一个正在讨论、争议颇多的问题。鉴于现阶段我国大城市发展水平不高的状况及大规模经济建设等的要求，就全局而论，大城市在一定时期快速发展是历史的趋势，但同时也应重视中小城市的作用。对大城市中心区人口规模应采取措施加以控制。

| Abstract: | At the present time,should the development of big cities in China be encouraged or comtrolled?This is a problem for being discussed and argued Because of the facts of the limited developing level of big cities.but the demands of the large-scale economic construction,on the overall consideration, the rapid development of big cities in a certain period is a trend of history, but at the same time, the roll of small and mid-sized cities should be attached great importance to .It is necessary to take measures to control the scale of population in the central part of big cities. |
