新形势下高职高专院校实验技术队伍建设的思考--以镇江高等专科学校为例

在高等教育大众化和国家大力构建现代职教体系的背景下，以我校为例，分析高职高专院校实验技术队伍建设中存在的问题或不足，提出了打破传统模式，重构实验技术队伍，注重实验技术队伍职业素质培养、加强专业技能培训，提升实验技术人员实践教学能力和科研能力以及完善实验技术队伍建设与管理制度建设等具体思路和举措。

Reflections on the construction of experiment and technician team in higher vocational college under the new situation- Taking Zhenjiang College as an example

The thesis discusses the tasks and goals of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the back-ground of the popularization of higher education and the state＇s vigorously constructing modern vocational education system and points out that a good experiment and technician team must be established in order to play the role of ex-periment facilities and training work in the technical skills of personnel.Based on the analysis of experimental and technician team in our college and in terms of the problems and disadvantages,this thesis puts forward the concrete ideas and measures of breaking the traditional model,reconstructing the experiment technician team,strengthening the occupation quality of training the experiment technician team,professional skills training,improving the experi-mental technicians＇practice teaching ability and scientific research ability and strengthening the construction and management system of the experimental technician team.
