| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校的特点，从七个方面阐述了实行学业导师制的必要性，同时提出了高职院校实行学业导师制的几个核心环节，包括：协调好学业导师与班主任、辅导员的关系，培养教师、学生对学业导师制的认同感，设立学业导师管理部门，制定规范合理的学业导师考核制度，加强学业导师队伍建设，科学选择学业导师模式等。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of high vocational colleges,we expounds the necessity of academic tuto-rial system from seven aspects,and put forward several core links we should pay attention to during carrying out the academic tutorial system in high vocational colleges,including：coordinate the relationship among academic tutors, class-advisers and counselors,develop the approval of teachers and students about the academic tutorial system,es-tablish the management department of academic tutors,formulate standard and reasonable assessment system, strengthen the team building of academic tutors,select scientific academic tutorial mode,etc. |
