摘    要:无机非金属高温调堵材料是专门为稠油热采的高温调堵作业而研制的新材料.它是采用特殊矿物,按预均化湿法生产工艺,经磨细加工而制成的一种气-水两硬性无机胶凝材料.在没有活化剂存在和常温常压条件下,即使经过长时间的水浸,无机非金属材料也不会凝胶和固化.可以通过温度和活化剂控制无机非金属高温调堵材料水化活性的激发及稠化、硬化速度以及硬化后的强度.

Abstract:Inorganic non-metallic high temperature plugging material is designed for heavy oil thermal recovery of high temperature operation and development of plugging new material. It is the use of special minerals, according to pre-wet production processes are based, by the comminution process made of a gas - water two rigid inorganic cementitious material. In the absence of activator existence and normal temperature and pressure conditions, even after a long period of flooding, inorganic non-metallic materials will not gel and cure. Can be controlled by temperature and inorganic non-metallic high-temperature activator hydration activity of plugging the excitation and the thickening and hardening speed and strength after curing.
