摘    要:针对现有磁流变弹性体隔振器功耗大、产生磁致刚度小的问题,以低功率和大磁致刚度为优化目标,对剪切和压缩磁流变弹性体及相关结构参数同时进行多目标优化设计。建立隔振器磁致刚度、功率及其他关键数值计算模型;分析磁场影响及磁路饱和情况,采用遗传算法进行多目标优化,在低功率和大磁致刚度之间寻得平衡,得出最优解;利用Ansoft-Maxwell软件对优化后的参数进行了仿真,仿真结果与计算结果一致。结果表明:优化后可保证压缩磁流变弹性体最先达到饱和状态;总磁致刚度提高49.67%,功率降低48.69%,总磁致刚度与功率改善效果明显,为后续结构设计及实测提供理论和实验依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high power consumption and low magnetic stiffness of existing magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) vibration isolators, the multi-objective optimization design of shear and compression MRE and related structural parameters was carried out simultaneously with low power and high magnetic stiffness as optimization objectives. The magnetic stiffness, power and other key numerical calculation models of vibration isolator are established; the influence of magnetic field and saturation of magnetic circuit are analyzed; the multi-objective optimization is carried out by using genetic algorithm to find the balance between low power and large magnetic stiffness, and the optimal solution is obtained; the optimized parameters are simulated by using Ansoft Maxwell software. The simulation results meet the requirements. The results show that: after optimization, the compressed MR elastomer can reach the saturation state first; the total magnetic stiffness is increased by 49.67%, and the power is reduced by 48.69%. The total magnetic stiffness and power are obviously improved, which provides the theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent structural design and measurement.
