摘    要:通过对玉林师范学院教育科学系实施的田园耕作式人才培养模式进行探讨,分析了田园耕作式人才培养模式产生的背景,重点对田园耕作式人才培养模式的理论依据、内涵和特点以及其实施过程进行了详细的分析和归纳,以供同行开展实践与研究。
