浆纱耐磨性指标初探

用Zweigle纱线耐磨仪对部分纯棉产品的原纱、浆纱、布纱的耐磨性进行了测试，分析了在织造过程中与浆纱耐磨性损失有关的因素，提出了浆纱耐磨性指标应流考虑织物中纱线该保留的物理机械性能，再加织造中用以抵抗外力的部分这一构想，初步确立了纯棉织物浆纱耐磨性指标范围。

An Explorary Research on Wearability Index of Sizing

This paper attempts to test the wearability of original voile, sizing and cloth voile in some pure cotton products by using Zweigle yarn abrader. Some factors which are related to the wearability of sizing reducing in the weaving procedure are discussed. Furthermore, the paper puts forward a good suggestion that the wearability index of sizing should take the physical and mechanical capability of yarn as well as the capability to resist the outside force in the weaving procedure into consideration. Finally, the paper tentatively proposes the wearability index range of sizing in the pure cotton textiles.
