| 摘 要： | 科研是高校的一项重要工作，但由于多种原因，高职院校的科研工作基础薄弱，科研人才缺乏，如何更好地激发和调动教师参加科研工作的热情和积极性，形成有效的科研激励运行机制，是推动高职院校科研工作开展的一个重要课题。本文运用心理学激励理论，建立有效的高职院校科研激励机制。
