广州国际体育演艺中心钢屋盖支撑卸载模拟分析及监控

摘    要:大跨度钢屋盖施工过程中受力情况与成型后是不同的,须考虑施工过程中结构体系的变化;结合广州国际体育演艺中心钢屋盖支撑卸载工程的施工特点,给出其支撑卸载的总体方案,应用ANSYS有限元分析其卸栽过程。确定卸栽过程中应力和变形的变化范围,并与实测数据对比分析,积累的经验和数据可为类似结构的卸载提供借鉴.

Abstract:The changes of structure in construction must be considered for the long-span steel roof's force difference between construction process and after forming.According to the construction characteristics,the overall program of unloading process is introduced.Through simulation analysis of unloading process by using ANSYS,the variation range of stress and deformation is confirmed,and field data are compared,accumulated experience and data will be available for similar structure unloading.
