单侧唇裂和鼻畸形同期矫治的临床研究

目的：探讨单侧唇裂及鼻畸形同期矫治的有效方法。方法：用Mmard法及改良术式整复84例深Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度唇裂，全层切开裂隙缘切口，其余切至口轮匝肌表面，脱套式潜行剥离口轮匝肌，分离鼻小柱和鼻翼的异常附着，采用肌层功能复位，鼻翼软骨悬吊，使鼻畸形得到明显改善。结果：84例患者随访2周～6年，除了1例伴发严重的腭裂和牙槽嵴裂致患侧鼻翼仍有塌陷，其余均满意。结论：单侧唇裂和鼻畸形同期矫治不增加附加切口，效果肯定，能一次让鼻唇畸形得到较满意的恢复。

Study on the Simultaneous Repair in Unilateral Cleft Lip and Correction of Nasal Deformity

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of unilateral cleft lip repairing operation with the correction of nasal deformity at the same time. Method： 84 patients who had deeper Ⅱ or m degree unilateral cleft lip were repaired by millard＇s or its improved method. The nasal columella and nasal wing of the affected side were separated thoroughly after cutting edge part of the lip gap and separating orbicularis oris muscle and suspending with normal nasal side, the muscle was corrected by functional repaired. Results： after the 2 weeks to 6 years follow up, 84 cases were satisfactory except one case which was partly dent on the nasal wing by his serious primary palate and post alveolar cleft. Conclusion： The methods for repairing primary unilateral cleft lip and correcting simultaneous nasal deformity was a simple and effective operation, which satisfactorily renewed the appearance of cleft lip and nasal deformity.
