新时期高职院校档案管理工作存在的问题及对策

高校档案管理工作不仅是高校事业发展的重要组成部分,也是衡量高校教育、科研、管理质量和水平的重要标志之一,对高校的稳步、健康、可持续发展起着至关重要的作用。本文梳理了新时期高职院校档案管理工作中存在的机构管理模式陈旧、信息化水平低、人才队伍专业技能弱等问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of Archive Management in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

Archive management in colleges and universities is not only an important part of university＇s develop- ment, but also one of the important symbols to measure the education, scientific research, the quality and level of management. It plays a vital role in the healthy, steady, sustainable development of colleges and universities. This paper reviews the existing problems of archive management in higher vocational colleges in the new period, such as mechanism of the old management mode, the low level of information technology, poor skills from the talent team and so on, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
