失地农民民生状况调查及影响因素分析——以郑州市为例

为了深入了解郑州市失地农民的基本民生状况，对郑州市城市近郊和远郊的失地农户进行问卷调查和实地访谈，分析经济生活变化的原因。结果表明，失地后农民的收入水平、生活消费水平、就业情况和其他社会福利都发生了很大变化，其中一些家庭生活困难。造成贫困的原因主要有收入不稳定和消费增加、个人再就业能力差、征地补偿方式单一、民主权益缺失和自身社会保障意识缺失等。针对这些影响因素，文章提出了相应的对策建议。

Investigation of Livelihood of the Land- expropriated Farmers and Analysis of its Influencing Factors --A Case Study of Zhengzhou City

In order to understand the basic livelihood of the land - expropriated farmers of Zhengzhou city, questionnaire survey and on - spot interview were conducted, so to find the causes of life and economic changes. The results show that their income was much changed, so as living consumption, employment and other social welfare. And some were enmeshed in difficulties. The main causes of poverty are rising instability of incomes and higher consumption, personal reemployment ability, the way of land expropriation compensation, democratic rights and social security consciousness, etc. In view of these factors, this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and sugges- tions.
